UOP 800 – Vanadium Nickel and Iron in Petroleum Oils by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry
This method is for determining concentrations of vanadium nickel and iron in all types of petroleum oils by atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS). The method covers a range of vanadium from 0.3 ppm to several hundred ppm and a range of 0.1 to 100 ppm or higher for both nickel and iron.
